Code of Conduct
LEGO does in fact have a code of conduct that is five pages long and gives background of what the company is about. The code describes how the company will perform, and explains in great detail how they support and take care of their employees, as well as their customers. In the code of conduct, LEGO wants everyone to help improve their business and create new ideas for everyone to have.
The introduction is where you can find a lot of what the code is all about. They start off with their motto, "Only the best is good enough," probably because they want everyone to understand that LEGO will give you the best of their ability. In the code of conduct it states, "The LEGO Group Code of Conduct encourages LEGO vendors to create and promote commitment to responsible production and business principles. The purpose is to ensure that its vendors and their subcontractors produce components and supply services to the LEGO group in an ethical manner." LEGO wants their employees, even if they work for the venders, to be treated decently and with dignity.
