Culture
LEGO is a company that wants to help everyone around them. They want children to be able to grow and have LEGO's teach them construction that can strengthen their minds. Who knows, maybe some of the future architects are learning the basics of building giant sky scrapers for our future to come. The employees mainly focus on the kids between 3-15 years of age because they believe since they are young, they have huge imaginations and LEGO wants to provide toys for them to use.
In the company itself, LEGO makes sure the employees are not discriminated, they have good hours, and that they can have an enjoyable work place where they can help grow the company in ideas for future products. LEGO has always followed their motto, "Only the best is good enough," and by following this motto, the customers, and the employees, will know that they will always receive the greatest treatment there is to offer. LEGO is a company where they do good for the greatest amount of people.
