Evolution of LEGO
As the LEGO company began to grow, it found its way to the three levels: ethical behavior, CSR, and corporate governance. It began as a small company with only 6-7 employees and is now a company with more than 7,000 employees! The company used to be a small carpenter's workshop but now it is a huge enterprise with huge amount of sales per year. The company rapidly grew because the toys were so simple to make and everyone loved them.
The founder of LEGO's, Ole Kirk Kristiansen, was not the only who improved the LEGO business. The people who helped make LEGO's "grow" were actually ordinarry customers and employees. If someone had a new LEGO idea, then they told the company and the company would decide whether or not to make the LEGO. Since everyone has such different imaginations, there are always thousands of new ideas that LEGO can build. So over the years, LEGO keeps growing bigger from the ideas of the people and also the media helps give LEGO an idea on what to build next. LEGO will always have new ideas because everyone has huge imaginations that can help create better products.
